ORANGEVALLEY INTRANET SEARCH ENGINE
The orangevalleysearch.asp file will need to be altered to generate the required look, so before you do anything, BACK IT UP FIRST!!
Load the file into notepad or what ever editor you use for your html pages. Looking at the top of the file, you will see the standard header tags. You will also see a <% characters. This signifies the start of the asp code. Do not alter anything AFTER this character combination, as you will probably cause the script to generate errors, and stop working. Going back to the top section, you will see that the whole results page is contained in a table, 610 pixels wide. The area above this table tag is the section that you can modify with your own background colours / logos etc.

Customising
The search engine can be made to return a results page that carrys the same look and feel of you web site. To make these changes, you should have a sound knowlege of html and preferably some knowlege of asp files.
Orangevalley can modify the script at no extra cost to return the result messages in your local language. You will need to send us the prefered text strings.
